Privacy Policy

Read this first
Do not send us protected health information. Not by email, not through a booking form, not in a message. If you are describing a real situation at your clinic, leave out client names, dates of birth, addresses, diagnoses, record numbers, and anything else that could identify a child or family. Describe the situation generically. We can help you just as well that way.
This website is marketing and education. It is not our compliance platform, and it is not covered by a business associate agreement.
Who we are
ABAWiser publishes this website (abawiser.com). You can reach us at tzvi@abawiser.com. The WiseUpHIPAA software at wiseuphipaa.com is a separate site with its own privacy page.
What this site collects directly
Nothing, through the site itself. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, no login, and no comment field. There is nowhere on this site to type information and send it to us.
If you email us, we receive your message and your email address. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects what you enter on its own site, under its own privacy policy.
Who sees what

| YouTube | On pages with video tiles, preview images load from YouTube's image servers when the page opens, so Google receives your IP address. If you press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. |
| Calendly | Only if you click through to book a call. Calendly is a separate website with its own privacy policy. |
| Vercel | Our host. It keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and the pages requested. |
| Email providers | If you email us, your message passes through your email provider and ours. |
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser, typically named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. We do not set any other cookies for visitors. A short-lived sign-in cookie is used only when our own editor logs in to the content admin; visitors never receive it. This site does not show a cookie banner.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site. We do not use session recording, heatmaps, or chat widgets.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
This site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You can block analytics with your browser settings or an extension, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long information is kept
Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account. Server logs are kept by Vercel under its own policies. Emails we receive are kept in our email account until we delete them.
Children
This website is written for professionals who run or work in ABA clinics. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
If you have emailed us and want your message deleted, write to tzvi@abawiser.com and we will delete it. You can also block analytics as described above.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
