I passed the New York bar and was admitted to practice, but I chose the operator's side: I never practiced, and I let the membership lapse. I hold an MBA alongside the law degree. I am not a practicing attorney, and nothing here is legal advice. My work is the layer before the lawyers: reading the statutes, mapping your structure against them, and coordinating counsel when a question genuinely needs one, so the legal engagement is narrow and cheap instead of open ended.

The work is public and checkable. Every state analysis in the Knowledge Base and every dossier in The Wire is sourced to primary law. I also build the software: the compliance platform is written by the same person who does the research, which is why the person who understands the rule is the person who wrote the code that checks it.
